SENIORS YOGA + MEDITATION
Join instructor, Keith Macpherson for a yoga and meditation class that will assist you with creating more inner peace and relaxation in your life. This class will begin with a short explanation of how to meditate and its powerful benefits. Then you will be led through a powerful visualization practice followed by a gentle series of stretches. Expect to come away feeling connected, present, and ready for the week ahead.
